She utilizes cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment, dialectic behavioural therapy, and emotion focused therapy with clients, amongst other therapies to give the best service to reach client.

I generally guide sessions with an approach called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and sessions are non-judgmental, safe, confidential (within legal/ethical limits), and professional. I have a physical office location in Calgary (Kensington), or we can meet by video or phone.
